The first month of the new year saw splendid Pongal celebrations at MiraMed Ajuba! Pongal is always a cheerful time filled with sunshine and merry, invoking hope for the coming year! As always, there were grand scale celebrations of the Pan-Indian harvest festival popularly known as Pongal, Makar Sankranti, Bihu and Lohri in different parts of the country!

This year, we had a very fashionable way of celebrating Tamilnadu’s harvest festival. Ajubans clad in Sarees, ‘dhavanis’, ‘veshtis’ and kurtas adorned the Pongal celebrations at MiraMed Ajuba, as they walked the red carpet ramp to the rhythms of peppy beats! It was an absolutely joyous time and the floors of MiraMed Ajuba witnessed some high fashion moments. Employees took the ethnic theme very seriously and brought out the complete Indian flavor to the clothes they wore and the accessories they sported! The amount of effort that had gone into each look of each participant was astounding! It was great to see Ajubans cheering for their friends with applause and whistles, as each one of them dressed in ethnic wear dazzled the ramp! With our fashion models getting tips and pose suggestions from the audience, it was an absolute riot of laughter and fun in MiraMed Ajuba!

The various facilities of our company were beautifully made up with South Indian Pongal-based decorative articles like the earthen Pongal pot and festive lights! Celebrating Pongal together is a beautiful way to ring in the new year for each MiraMed Ajuban!
